Steve is an experienced civil trial lawyer admitted to practice in all Florida state and federal courts and all Michigan state courts. He is a graduate of Alma College (Michigan) and the Florida State University College of Law.
Steve represents private and governmental clients in all areas of civil litigation—with an emphasis in the areas of civil rights and constitutional law, independent investigations, general litigation, insurance defense, personal injury defense, employment law, real property disputes, and construction law. Steve also represents small businesses in all legal and advisory matters including contract, transactional, licensure and stormwater management.
Steve is a Florida Supreme Court-certified mediator.
