ABOUT:

A Florida native who grew up in St. Petersburg, Dale defends law enforcement officers, municipalities, and public agencies against Section 1983 and other civil liability claims.

Dale stayed in his home state for both degrees, earning his economics degree from Florida State University in 2011 before graduating summa cum laude from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2014. His performance on the Florida Bar Examination led to his being hired out of law school to teach bar preparation courses, a role he held for approximately eighteen months. He then entered full-time practice, spending roughly ten years representing policyholders in first-party property insurance litigation, including large-scale claims arising from major storm events. That work built the foundation of factual investigation, expert coordination, and dispositive motion practice he now brings to the defense of law enforcement officers and public entities.

What keeps Dale in the practice of law is the complex problem-solving it requires, and Coppins Monroe’s civil litigation practice supplies it in abundance.

Dale and his wife, Ashton, have three children, whom Ashton homeschools. The family are members of Holy Mother of God Orthodox Church in Tallahassee.
