ABOUT:
Mr. Stokley has extensive and diverse experience in civil litigation representing local
and state governmental entities, school districts, law enforcement agencies, as well as
businesses and individuals. He has handled matters at all levels of Florida state courts,
the United States District Courts of Florida, and the Division of Administrative Hearings.
He has experience handling tort claims, employment discrimination claims,
constitutional claims, contract and construction disputes, commercial litigation, real
property and land use disputes, inverse condemnation and takings claims, eminent
domain actions, and local government tax and finance-related litigation.
