Amy Delk

Ball State University, Bachelor of Science – Legal Assistance Studies and Political Science, cum laude

Amy began her career as a paralegal in Indianapolis, Indiana working for a boutique insurance defense firm that handled litigation for large insurance carriers with a wide variety of tort claims. After several years of working for firms that were outside counsel for large insurance carriers, Amy joined the litigation department of a national insurance carrier and worked there for ten years. While working for the insurance company, she was involved in a range of cases including bodily injury, premises liability, property damage, and construction defect. After moving to Florida, she spent a brief period working as a litigation paralegal for a large personal injury firm in Orlando, Florida where she had the opportunity to experience litigation from a different point of view.

Outside the office, Amy enjoys family time with her husband and three children. She also enjoys traveling and spending time at the beach.
