During law school, Lindsey was the FSU Law Student Representative for the Legal Aid Foundation of
Tallahassee.

ABOUT:
Lindsey has experience in civil, administrative, and criminal litigation. She has tried formal
administrative hearings, criminal misdemeanor and felony jury trials, and civil federal jury trials. She
has represented private and government entities in civil litigation in subjects such as §1983 litigation,
Chapter 119 proceedings, inverse condemnation, eminent domain, construction liability, first-party
insurance litigation, and other areas of government defense. Lindsey’s representation of clients at all
stages of litigation has included the successful defense of a trial verdict before the 11th Circuit Court
of Appeals that she had litigated in the Middle District of Florida. She joined the firm in 2023.
