ABOUT:
Brandon is an experienced trial lawyer who is admitted to practice in all Florida state and federal courts. He represents private and governmental entities in all areas of civil litigation, including tort claims, employment discrimination, breach of contract, and various other causes of action.

Prior to joining the firm, Brandon served as Deputy General Counsel for the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO). While at DEO, he represented the agency before state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels and managed all agency litigation. He also negotiated and drafted numerous multimillion-dollar state contracts and helped stand up and maintain the regulatory compliance of various critical, statewide programs.

Before DEO, Brandon served as an Assistant Public Defender in Florida’s Second Judicial Circuit, where he gained extensive jury trial experience handling cases ranging from simple traffic offenses to serious felonies, such as capital sexual battery and home-invasion robbery. Prior to that, he was a staff attorney for Florida’s Second Judicial Circuit Court, assisting circuit judges with a wide variety of civil and criminal matters.
