Coppins Monroe assists clients in complying with the complex Federal and State labor and employment laws. We provide counsel on existing legal issues, assist in the development of policies and procedures and defend our clients against actions in State and Federal courts and before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Florida Commission on Human Relations.

We have provided years of representation to private employers and government entities on Title VII discrimination, retaliation, whistle blower, non-compete and other employment related claims.

Michael Coppins has served as a Certified Circuit Court mediator for over 20 years and has mediated hundreds of cases filed in state and federal courts.  Mr. Coppins has also served as an arbitrator, through both American Arbitration Association procedures and private retention.
