Mr. Seagle joined the firm as an associate and became a shareholder in 2014.

Mr. Seagle represents private and governmental entities in all areas of civil litigation including tort claims, breaches of contract, construction law, mortgage foreclosures, professional negligence and various other causes of action.

Awards & Associations:

Mr. Seagle is a member of the William H. Stafford Inn of Court, the Florida Defense Lawyers Association (“FDLA”), the American Bar Association, DRI - The Voice of the Defense Bar, and the Tallahassee Network of Young Professionals. 


Mr. Seagle graduated magna cum laude from Troy University with a degree in Music Education. After a brief term as an educator in Early County, Georgia, Mr. Seagle earned his law degree from The Florida State University College of Law.  At Florida State, Mr. Seagle served as Executive Editor for the Journal of Transnational Law and Policy, Executive Editor for the Business Law Review, and Vice-president of the Mock Trial Team.
