Ms. Dincman is a shareholder who joined the firm in 1997. Ms Dincman has been practicing law in Florida for over 17 years.

Practice Areas & Industry Experience:

Ms. Dincman's concentrated practice areas are school law and employment law and litigation. Ms. Dincman represents a broad array of governmental, individual, insurance and business clients in civil litigation matters in state and federal courts across the entire North Florida area and before the Florida Commission on Human Relations and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. She specializes in helping her clients comply with laws and regulations that affect their employees and is a frequent lecturer and trainer on employment and human resources-related topics such as workplace conduct, sexual harassment, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Individuals with Disabilities in Education Act, record retention, Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Florida Civil Rights Act.

Awards & Associations:

Ms. Dincman is Florida Bar Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law. 

Ms. Dincman is a member of the Tallahassee Bar Association and has served terms as a Member of the Board of Directors and Treasurer of the Young Lawyers Section of the Tallahassee Bar Association. Ms. Dincman is a Master-Lawyer member of the William H. Stafford American Inn of Court and is currently serving as the Membership Chair. She is past-chair of the Labor and Employment Law Committee for the Florida Defense Lawyers Association, is a member of the Tallahassee Women Lawyers, the Big Bend Society for Human Resource Managers, Tallahassee's Northeast Business Association, the Florida Defense Lawyers Association, and the Defense Research Institute.


Ms. Dincman received her undergraduate degree from Florida State University’s College of Business, magna cum laude, in 1994 and her Juris Doctorate degree from Florida State University’s College of Law, with High Honors, in 1997. In law school, Ms. Dincman was Senior Articles Editor for the Law Review, a member of the award-winning Mock Trial Team, and received book awards in Insurance Law and Florida Administrative Procedure.

Community Service:

Ms. Dincman serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for Big Bend Hospice, Inc.


Ms. Dincman is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and the United States District Court for the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit.
